"Slowly, slowly, very, very, slowly, the turnip began to move. "It’s big," said the farmer. "It’s huge," said his wife. "It’s enormous!" cried Jack."

One day, a farmer finds an enormous turnip in his field. He tries to pick it, but it doesn’t move. All of his family tries to pick the enormous turnip.

I think everyone knows the story, but it’s interesting to read in English. It is my memorial story, because I played a farmer’s wife when I was in a nursery school. It is monotonous story, but I like the last line.

If you like it please read the book.
